How much is shipping?

All orders are shipped at a flat rate.

 

Fraudulent Orders

Due to the high volume of orders and fraudulent orders we receive - if an order appears to be suspicious we will cancel and refund the order in full. 

 

How long will it take my order to ship? 

Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Once your order ships please allow 7-10 days for domestic delivery and up to 10 weeks for international. 

 

Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

No refunds, exchanges only.

I do not live in the U.S.A. Can I order online?

At this time we are not shipping international. But when we offer international shipping - international fees will apply at checkout.

 

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?

We require that your billing and shipping address match to prevent identity and credit card fraud.

 

My order was place successfully, but why I didn’t I receive an email confirmation?

During high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us at support@titrapstore.com including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation.

 

What time do you update your online shop?

 2am eastern standard time.

 

When are particular items released?

Generally we do not have a set release date. Please subscribe to receive email alerts.
